Amazing how much easier it is for the mobility-stressed to love/take care of their fur companions with this wonderfully lightweight gadget. I could've done without the yes, noisey, steel removeable bowls. I use my own plastic insert bowls which the cats lick more clean anyhow. I am an art and beauty lover, as it heals us, so I would've preferred a monochrome unit, all one color rather than the multi dayglo colors. I actually call the Helpful godsend the "Bozo the Clown feeder" as the round red knob on the handle, well, it looks like a clown's nose, not such a bad thing, but I prefer pretty/elegant. Giving the cats their medicine, measured feedings etc is now SO much easier, as is clean-up. Thank You for inventing and carrying this precious Godsend.

We received this item as described online with all parts available and in working order. The product seems sturdy, easy to clean, and maneuver. The only difference between the description online and the actual product is that the bowls hold ~1/2 cup of food and not 1 cup. We bought this for my mom to help her take care of our cat since bending down that low is difficult for her and she uses a walker. The item is very lightweight and easy to lift up to refill the bowls. While red is a nice color, I would suggest to provide this item in different colors as well as changing the top of the pole to have an option of a handle on the end. I do recommend this product.

Bought this because I just had knee surgery and was unable to get my cats water dish picked up to refill. This is very sturdy and the handle doesn’t get in the way of being able to still have the dish close to the wall. The bowls are not deep enough for water, but they are big enough that I just sat my regular bowl inside it.

The cutomer service from the vendor is awesome. I messaged them through amazon prior to purchasing with questions. Within a couple of hours I had a response. The product works as described. With my neck in a cervical collar I’m able to scoop litter without bending. I would definitely order from them again. 5 star company!

This is great! I used it as soon as I opened the box, oh so easy! The only reason I didn't use scoopable kitty litter was because I couldn't bend down to scoop it, due to my disabilities. But I just did it and it was so easy! I was so surprised to see how strong & sturdy the scoop is, since it was reasonable priced I never expected it to be made so well! This is going to make keeping the litter box so much easier to keep up with! I love it, never thought I'd say I love a litter scoop, but I do this one is fantastic!!!!!

This is exactly what I have been needing. I am having some mobility problems and it has been difficult for me to bend over the cat box. When I was lying in bed one night, it occurred to me that the answer to my problem was to get a long handled scoop. The next day, I researched on Amazon. I found several and considered the reviews and various aspects of all of them. This seemed to have the best features at the best price. It seems to be well made and seems strong enough for the job. It is really helping me.
